1. If no obsticle ahead and speed < 60kmh, set throttle to moderate (accelerate)


2. If speed >= 60kmh, set throttle to light (cruising)


3. If obsticle ahead (within 250m), set brakes to moderate, cancel throttle (slowing down)


4. If obsticle close (within 100m) and speed > 50mph, set brakes to strong, (and cancel throttle)


5. Turn the steering wheel to follow the road direction.



An obsticle is a red traffic light, person crossing the road etc.

1. If approaching an intersection, and turning left along a major road would lead to

	heading more directly to the destination, apply slow down at 150m, turn left, 

	then accelerate

3. If within 2km of destination, rules (1) and (2) including minor roads
